8/13/2018 -
On January 15th, 2017 at approximately 5:00AM, police responded to the 3100 block of Vermont Avenue on a report of a shooting.  Upon arrival, officers found Lee Trowell, a 50 year old male, deceased in the roadway, due to the shots he sustained.  Mr. Trowell had a 4-wheeler nearby, still running.  


8/6/2018 -
On February 17th, 2017 at approximately 11:45PM, Mr. Nicholas Thomas, 21 years of age, was traveling westbound on the Watterson Expressway when he was shot multiple times by unknown suspect(s).  Mr. Thomas was pronounced deceased at the scene on the Watterson, crashing his vehicle after being shot.


7/30/2018 -
On April 13th, 2017 at approximately 11PM, police responded to 4114 Wilmoth Avenue on a shooting.  Upon arrival, they located Abraham Brown, 33 years of age, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  Louisville Metro EMS responded and pronounced him deceased at the scene.  Police homicide began an investigation.


7/23/2018 -
On March 30th, 2017 at approximately 1AM, police responded to 3814 Greenwood Avenue, in the rear alley, on a shooting.  Upon arrival, they located Brian Leitch, 44 years of age, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  Louisville Metro EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
